Principal

Mr. Cerasano was born in Schenectady, New York in 1951. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1983, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York in 1987. His preparatory education was at Union College where he received his B.A. in 1974. Mr. Cerasano’s legal education was at University of New Hampshire School of Law (Franklin Pierce Law Center) where he received his J.D. in 1982.
Mr. Cerasano joined the firm in 1987 and has been a principal since 1993.
Mr. Cerasano was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Conrad K. Cyr, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court, District of Maine (1983-1985).
Mr. Cerasano is a member of the Warren County (Director, 1993-1995), Saratoga County and New York State Bar Associations.
