Mr. O’Hara’s practice areas are General Litigation, Civil Rights & Discrimination Law, Personal Injury, Corporate & Commercial Law, and Municipal Law & Real Estate.
Mr. O’Hara was born in Hudson, New York in 1955. He was admitted to the New York and Florida State Bar in 1982. His preparatory education was at Colgate University where he received his B.A. in 1977. Mr. O’Hara’s legal education was at Albany Law School of Union University where he received his J.D. in 1981.
Mr. O’Hara joined the firm in 1981 and has been a principal since 1987.
Mr. O’Hara is a member of the Warren County Bar Association (Director, 1988-1990, 1998-2000, 2008-2012; President 2010-2011), New York State Bar Association and Florida Bar Association. He has served as President of the United Cerebral Palsy Association of the Tri-Counties, Inc. Vice-Chairman of the Adirondack Regional Chambers of Commerce and President of the Federation of Bar Associations of the Fourth Judicial District. He is a former director and past president of the SUNY Adirondack Foundation.
Mr. O'Hara has extensive experience litigating in both state and Federal courts.
