Mr. Rhodes was born in Rochester, New York. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Florida State Bar. His preparatory education was at the University of Rochester where he received his A.B. Mr. Rhodes’ legal education was at Columbia Law School where he received his J.D. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Law School.
