Alan R. Rhodes

Alan R. Rhodes’ practice areas are Estate Planning, Estate & Trust Administration, Tax Law, Elder Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, and Real Property Law.

Mr. Rhodes was born in Rochester, New York. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Florida State Bar. His preparatory education was at the University of Rochester where he received his A.B. Mr. Rhodes’ legal education was at Columbia Law School where he received his J.D. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Law School.

Mr. Rhodes has been a principal of the firm since 1967.

Mr. Rhodes is a member of the Warren County (President 1982-83), New York State (Member, House of Delegates, 1986-1990) and American Bar Associations.
